• Orders placed during daytime are typically delivered the same day or next day depending on availability.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is accepted and the truck is dispatched.

• The delivery location must be accessible for diesel trucks.
• The tank area must be safe, reachable, and free from hazards.
• A responsible person must be available on-site to verify tank access and volume.
• Incorrect or incomplete address information may delay delivery.

The delivery charge varies from city to city based on the distance from our depot,ensuring accurate and fair delivery rates

• The delivered amount is confirmed on-site using calibrated meters.
• Any difference between ordered and delivered volume is adjusted on the final bill.
• If the tank cannot accept the full order quantity, pricing is recalculated accordingly.
